Description

t2body sets the is_text_attachment flag wrong. I.e. it sets it if we have seen a body not if we haven't seen it like the comment in the code correctly documents it.

I could not reproduce this issue with Gpg4win 4.4.1 and did not see it with Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta345, either.
