Kleopatra: sort faulty results to the top in case of multiple verifications for a file

Description

Currently, results in a list of verification results are listed by order of processing the signatures.

It would be better to sort negative results to the top. Results for signatures which can't be verified because of a missing/not trusted certificate should be sorted to the bottom.

In short, desired result order:

  • negative
  • positive
  • not verifiable
