The configuration tab "Directory Services" is not well structured and thus confusing.

Improvements:

• move the option "Query certificate directories of providers for all user IDs" above the X.509 section (it is only relevant for OpenPGP keys)
• remove the config options "LDAP timeout (minutes:seconds):" and "Maximum number of items returned by query:" (Both options can be set at "GnuPG System" -> Network, too. Although it is not so easy to find)
• maybe add a bit more space or maybe a line between the two sections
