Some big organizations create custom help documents for their users, detailing how they should use Kleopatra.

We would like to make it possible for them to configure which documents are linked below "Help" in Kleopatra, including their names given in the menu. This should include the ability to delete and add documents, too.

We should also keep in mind that a company could want to add translations for other languages than DE for these documents. Therefore we need support for multiple languages here.
