This happens only in Qt 5-based apps (VSD 3.3.x, Gpg4win 4.4.x).

How to reproduce

• Start NVDA
• Open Kleopatra's configuration dialog
• Press tab until "Search missing keys when ..." checkbox has focus
• Press tab to move focus to the empty (!) list of X.509 directory services

Observed result:
NVDA is silent

Expected result:
NVDA speaks "directory services list"

Notes:

• In Gpg4win 4.4.1, due to T7846: Kleopatra: Wrong focus/tab order in directory services configuration, focus moves first to Add button and then to the (empty) list
