When the Configure Kleopatra dialog is opened, the first text in the main panel is read:

ctrl+shift+,
Configure  dialog  Please note that only one OpenPGP keyserver can be configured.
Directory Services
edit  Search…  blank

Also not sure, if the Directory Service makes sense here, as the search is global.
