Okular: Allow setting a custom application name

Description

To distinguish our versions of Okular from the KDE-provided Windows builds of Okular the application name (i.e. https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qcoreapplication.html#applicationName-prop) should have one of the following suffixes:

  • GnuPG VS-Desktop: -vsd
  • GnuPG Desktop: -gpd
  • Gpg4Win: -g4w

For Kleopatra this was implemented for T7528: Make it possible to run Kleopatra VSD and Kleopatra GPD in parallel.

With the product-specific standard locations implemented for T7717: Location of qt-application config files it's now longer necessary to customize the application name of Okular. Closing as wontfix.
