AI scraper DoS --- sorry, we had to shut it down.And yes, we should have some kind of info page instead.

Due to Apache doc this is a permission problem:
But it's still not working!

This might be an issue for a limited time until a reliable defense strategy against AI scraper DoS is available/implemented.

The CGI might toggle on/off mode every now and then depending on the AI scraper DoS level. An info page in case of off mode is definitely a very good idea.
