Kleopatra: Use blue icon for Gpg4win and GPD

Description

The Kleopatra icon for gpg4win and gpd shall be changed to blue and the red icon shall be used for vsd.

Gpg4win and gpd share the same GNUPGHOME and there is no need to install both versions. VSD will use a different homedir (like the appimage already doe) and it is a proper use case to have vsd and gpd/gpg4win installed. In this case different colors for the icons make it clear which version is used.

The blue Kleopatra icon is now used for the Windows builds of Gpg4win and GPD and for the corresponding AppImages.

There are a few open issues with the AppImage:
