Kleopatra: Add kyber choices for x25519/x448

Description

Kleopatra currently offers the following kyber choices for new certificates:

  • ky768_bp256
  • ky1024_bp384

CLI also offers:

  • Kyber 768 (X25519)
  • Kyber 1024 (X448)

Please add those in Kleopatra, too.
