This seems outdated and 2b8109d10207b9ec2e21164f02cec1908a86f50a removes the email address from the language team.

Suggestion: Remove this line from po/de.po.

As https://translationproject.org/domain/index.html does not list gpg anymore, I think ABOUT-NLS should be adapted and the references removed. It does not have li.org and li.org's MX record point to google these days.

I guess that Estonian and Spanish should also be checked if those email addresses still work.
