Gpgolconfig: autoencryptUntrusted setting for VSD version
Testing, LowPublic

Description

VSD versions starting from 3.3.6 have the autoencryptUntrusted setting disabled:

If you check the setting next to it (autosecure), it is no longer shown greyed out and you can set a check mark for autoencryptUntrusted, too:

But when you close with OK and then open the GpgOL config again, only "autosecure" remains checked, autoencryptUntrusted is shown unset and greyed out.

So the forbidden setting is ignored, but that it can be selected is confusing. It should always stay greyed out and unchecked.
(I mentioned this behavior already in T8090: Gpgolconfig: Disable and grey out autoencryptUntrusted setting for VSD version.)

Fixed.

Immutability should now be respected for all settings on the GpgOL config page. Additionally, the "autoencryptUntrusted" option was sometimes enabled even if "autoresolved" was unchecked.

Also setting fixed for VSD 3.4 assuming that gpg4win-tools will be updated for VSD 3.4. (There are no branches in gpg4win-tools.)
