Okular: Disable reload during signing process

Description

During the signing process, "Reload" should either

  • cancel the signing process
  • or be disabled

Currently you can crash Okular by:

  1. Start the signing process
  2. Reload
  3. Finish the signing process, Save => Okular crashes

Patch up in https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular/-/merge_requests/1414 that removes the finish ('cause it will not work) when reloading
