Offer encryption with lower security for not valid S/MIME certificates
This makes it possible to use S/MIME certificates for encrypting the
notepad even if those certificates cannot be validated. First encryption
is attempted as usual for S/MIME certificates which appear as valid to
Kleopatra. If during the encryption the validation of some of the
recipient certificates fails (e.g. because the CRL cannot be retrieved)
then the user is offered to retry the encryption without validating the
recipient certificates.
