Remove non-standard instruction text

If the mail does get mangled (as we'll have to expect), we cannot
reasonably differentiate this from a genuine text/plain
node. (Neither can third party mail clients.) This means we'll have
to show the part, and also we cannot detect the message to be fully
signed/encrypted.
