In some windows setups the creator or originator of the package is not displayed correctly. So the UAT dialog, when a user wants to install gpg4win just shows that the creator of the package is unknown. This bug is inconsistent among Windows versions but was replicable with a Windows 7 64-bit instance with Outlook 2010 installed. This bug happens for all gpg4win 3.0 beta releases.

The publisher of the package is not displayed correctly during an install (on some windows installation and browser).
