In the certifications dialog the fixed wording of option "publish on keyserver" has to be changed in relation to the actual configuration. e.g to "publish in Active Directory/internal directory" if that applies or else "publish on externaly keyserver ABC" Related: T6423 (Tooltip for "Lookup on server" wrong in case of GnuPG VSD)

In the certifications dialog the fixed wording of option "publish on keyserver" has to be changed in relation to the actual configuration. e.g to "publish in Active Directory/internal directory" if that applies or else "publish on externaly keyserver ABC" Replace "keyserver" accordingly everywhere where it occurs as for example in the tooltip from T6423
