A valid smime cert in Okular was reported to be shown as invalid.
I tried to reproduce the issue by creating a valid signature on a test pdf with vsd 3.3.2, but opening this signed pdf in `gpg4win-5.0.0-beta190@win10`If Okular is started without background processes already running and a smime signed pdf is opened, okularit gets unresponsive:sive for ~20s or might hang forever (timeout waiting for Dirmngr):

Here's the
gpgme log (`GPGME_DEBUG=9`):
{F23173606}
gpgsm log (`debug x509,ipc,lookup`):
In the task manager I see a lot of leftover X.509 processes (probably from multiple tries).- Okular hangs forever:

In `dgbview` i see a lot of `Not all environment variables could be expanded.` messages.
Signing of an unsigned document results in an error (all certs invalid or expired), which is not the case in kleopatra- Okular continues after 20s:

//Note: Pdf signature created with vsd 3.3.2//
