In the certifications dialog the fixed wording of option "publish on keyserver" has to be changed in relation to the actual configuration. e.g to "publish in Active Directory/internal directory" if that applies or else "publish on externaly keyserver ABC" Replace "keyserver" accordingly everywhere where it occurs as for example in the tooltip from T6423
