When searching on a keyserver e.g. keyserver.ubuntu.com I get search results but when I try to import certitifactes it always shows "0 imported".

When searching on a keyserver using an IP and https. eg. https://162.213.33.8:443 I get search results but when I try to import certitifactes kleopatra always shows "0 imported". The command line shows general error.
