I host my public keys on my own server, and I set the preferred keyserver to access them through HTTPS. I would like to use the `--default-keyserver-url` option to configure newly-generated keys, but without the ability to use %-expandos (see `--sig-keyserver-url`) I am unable to set dynamic URLs by default. Specifically, I want the ability to incorporate the fingerprint of a newly-generated key into the preferred keyserver URL of that key by default using the option that already exists for that purpose.
