This ticket will likely have to be split into two tickets. {F12816924} * icon is missing * "Add certification" should be "Add certification…" (please correct me if I'm wrong) * I find it confusing that one can add or revoke a certification for a user-ID from the right-click menu when a **certification** is selected instead of the user-ID. I would vote for removing that action there.
