Kleopatra: Window handling

Description

  • If a "certificate" window is open, the main Kleopatra window can be independently used, but can not be put in front of the certificate window. This should be possible.
  • It is possible to open a second "Details" windows, i.e. from the "certifications"-Tab. If the first "Details" window gets minimized or closed the second one does the same. If possible make the second independent from the first, respectively dependent on the main window.
