Add findicons.sh script and update included-icons
* src/findicons.sh: New. Slow brute force icon discovery tool. * src/included-icons.txt: Add some more icons. * src/Makfile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add it. * packages/gen-breeze-icons.sh: Removed. * packages/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove gen-breeze icons.
I believe that most of the icons will be invisible as they come
from KIO etc. but some of them sound like they were really
missing. This is from a full run of the findicons.sh script.
