Subject: [PATCH] build: export pkg-config file
Users that rely on pkg-config can't use GPGME right
now, for it doesn't export the necessary gpgme-pthread.pc
file.
This is an issue, for example, when trying to build
Flatpak from Git.
Fix that by exporting the gpgme-pthread.pc file that
is generated at build time.
