GPA, Help, About: No version info

Description

When raising a previous bug, I tried to find out which version of GPA I had
installed. I selected Help->About, but it just displayed a small box with
"gpa.exe" and a Close button. Presumably, this should show the version no.

I'm assuming I have version 0.8.0 of GPA installed as that's what's bundled with
GPG4Win (http://www.gpg4win.org/change-history.html), apparently.

This is installed on Windows XP Professional 2002 Service Pack 2.

Use

gpa --version

on the command line. We have the rework of the help menu on our todo list, thus
I close this bug.
