There is no version 2.0 of GPA, I assume yo mean the version included in gpg4win
2.0.

I just checked the translation and it has none of the usual problems. Can you
please try to replicate the problem with the english locale: Either run gpa
from a dos command prompt after running the command "set LANG=C". Or delete
share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/gpa.mo below the installation sub directory.

According to T1157 changing the locale does not help.
