I have updated Czech translation of GnuPG-2. I have consulted the translation
with Czech gnupg-1 translation maintainer Roman Pavlík who stated he forwarded
it to you. Because it did not appeared in SVN repository, I sent it to
i18n@gnupg.org (as requested in doc/TRANSLATE), but no effect.

Thus I'm submitting the translation of SNV revision r5164 catalog here.
(Actually, it this place seems pretty common for such acts as seen in history).
It's gzipped cs.po file rather then patch because of a lot of changes.
