Please would it be possible to have configure option for normal command-line
interface for pinentry without ncurses like pam utils do? when one use gpg in
scripts ncurses initialization completely destroys the previous output of the
scripts. normal Pass: line will do its job just fine.

This is not possible - pinentry is called from a background task and thus needs
a way to take over the current terminal. A simple command line input would be
too easy to fake by data to be processed. If you really want this, please write
your own pinentry.
