incomplete gpgme docs for key generation

Description

The GpgME docs are missing some of the options mentioned in GnuPG's doc/DETAILS.
Key-Usage: seems to be a pretty vital option for making a secure RSA key, so I
attached a patch that adds it to the example parms.

Marcus, please add a note that the GnuPG documentation is the only specification
for key parameters. And change the example so that it works with the new
default feature of gpg.
