Basically this is a request for improving gpgkey2ssh. There is no manual page
for it and it does not print any hints for usage when run without parameters and
-h or --help do not print any help either.

It is liklely that we remove gpgkey2ssh entirely. It used to be a test program
for the gpg-agent implementation. I never used it.
