setpref: no MD5, IDEA for openpgp compatibility
Closed, ResolvedPublic

When trying to create a key compatible with an older version of PGP (e.g. 2.6),
the preferences lack IDEA encryption and MD5 hash. You cannot manually set these
algorithms. Found in gpg2-2.0.12-2.3.i586 (openSUSE 11.2).

We allwo only algorithms which are implemented. IDEA is not implemented because
it is patented. MD5 is implemented but too weak to be used. We won't allow that.
