there's a typo in the gnupg faq at [1] -- the bugs.gnupg.org link really links
to busg.gnupg.org, which can't be resolved. setting the priority as low as
wishlist as the bug doesn't cause real trouble (it seems i found here
nevertheless).
i ask to be upgraded to user role as suggested on the introduction page.
