Crash on FreeBSD 8.2 when used through duplicity
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be annoying. Here is what is in the
logs
Jul 5 22:50:06 server kernel: pid 47291 (gpg2), uid 0: exited on signal 6

And here is what duplicity shows me
GPGError: GPG Failed, see log below:

Begin GnuPG log

Assertion failed: (data), function mpi_from_sexp, file pkglue.c, line 41.

End GnuPG log

Event Timeline

Are you using the new Libgcrypt 1.5.0? This is a known problem. Fix is in git
commit 13290b0e0

Indeed and I was pretty sure it was related to that...I even tried downgrading
gnupg and it didn't work...
Thanks for letting me know.
