Pinentry not installed while using gpg2

Description

Recently I installed gpg2 from the Terminal on my Mac, the s/w was installed but
when I use it to create a new key pair, i get this error and the program exits.

gpg-agent[4680]: can't connect to the PIN entry module: IPC connect call failed
gpg-agent[4680]: command get_passphrase failed: No pinentry
gpg: problem with the agent: No pinentry
gpg: Key generation canceled.

Well, that is clearly an installation error. You must install one of the
available pinentries. Distributions usually have a dependency on pinnentry.
