Description

On the GnuPG website, the links to 'en' and 'es' language HOWTO-documents return
error 404. Both are located under www.dewinter.com.

The english mini-howto seems to be available at
http://www.virtualblueness.net/GPG-HOWTO/GPGMiniHowto.html .

I took copies of the MiniHowto from archive.org and put them direct under GnuPG.org.

Ah well, the Spansih versions have been dropped. The Howtos are anyway somewhat
outdated.
