GpgOL signing in OL2013 broken

Description

Hello,

the problem:
Signing a new mail is not possible.

Steps:
Start OL2013 -> New Mail -> Write your mail -> click on the sign button ->
Nothing happens.

your debug output points to the same issue that was fixed recently in gpgol
1.2.1 relating to address lookup in Outlook (part of gpg4win-2.2.2-beta)

Please try this version.
