XDG standards specify that sockets should go into $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR directory,
usually /run/user/UID. This directory is created at login time, i.e. by systemd,
and can be used if the XDG_RUNTIME_DIR env variable exists. gpg-agent should
check for it and use it when available.
