How do I use gpg

Description

Moved web application using gpg from Windows 2003 32bit to windows 2008 64 bit.
I am using the opensource gnupg wrapper to call gpg. I am getting this error
when I try to encrypt the file.

Please do not use the title to describe an error. Here is the description you gave:

gpg: keyblock resource `C:/Program\secring.gpg': file open error gpg: keyblock

Please add more specific information. What Web application, which gpg4win
versions, etc. You may also want to ask for help on one of the maling lists.

This bug report is 1. actually a support request and 2. lacking information to
properly help the reporter. Although this information was requested, it hasn't
been provided. Given that it has been a year, it is unlikely the user will
provide it now. As such, I'm closing this issue and marking it as resolved.
