In the "factory-reset" command in the --card-edit submenu, the German
translation asks "Fortsetzen? (J/n)" but the real default value is "nein/no", so
simply pressing <enter> will abort.
The correct translation should therefore be "Fortsetzen? (j/N)" like in the
English original "Continue? (y/N)"
