As noted in https://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-users/2014-April/049579.html
, www.gnupg.org now has HSTS enabled. Make links in the documentation and in
error messages use https directly to avoid the initial non-SSL request.

I just changed the remaining http references to gnupg.org to https (on master).
Thanks.
Changing them in coments and in the outdated FAQ does not make sense.
