Install LibGcrypt from Rawhide RPM and try to compile newpg from source. Will fail every time because it is looking for libgcrypt-config, which is not included in the RPM file.

Fix

Suggest either working with RedHat to include the config file or remove the libgcrypt-config requirement from the configure file.

Release Note

Redhat should take care about this.
