https://bugs.debian.org/559936 points out that any pinentry in curses mode will
peg the CPU at 100% if the attached TTY goes away. This is definitely still a
problem with 0.9.1.

I believe the attached patch (adapted to 0.9.2 from the patch Julien Cristau
offered on the debian bug) fixes the problem.
