keyserver does not work with authenticating proxy

Description

In Kleopatra the proxy is configured like described in #2063 . Just with the
credentials of the proxy. The keyserver does not deliver the expected results. I
tested with the Web-Interface of the keyserver in a normal browser to check the
entries. Kleopatra just returns nothing.

Works now. The problem ist not the proxy not being used, but the missing error
message. Kleopatra does not inform about a not-working protocol with the
key-server. There should be some kind of information why there was no response
from the key-server.
