keyserver configuration dialog crash when clicking

Description

Crash when double click on the [ ] x509 button in the certificates
setting dialog list.

Reproduced with Windows 7 (DE) Gpg4win 2.3.0
And Window XP (DE) Gpgwin 2.2.6

Also reproducible under GNU/Linux with KDE 4.14 not reproducible with git master.

This was fixed since. Fix will be released with gpg4win 3.0
