Reg: Getting error encryption failed: no public key

Description

Hi, I am looking some help...in my system gpg encryption is working till april
1st,2016..after that encryption failed, getting no public key....but am able to
manually encrypt the file.. key set to never expire(ultimate) I didn't understand
where it went wrong......could you please let me know if any body has solution to
address this issue ASAP, Thanks

am using cygwin and script cmd's
