Description

Not yet tried to reproduce but got a report about this.

If you sent an S/MIME mail with outlook GpgOL still tries to decrypt this mail
even if S/MIME support in GpgOL is disabled.

• aheinecke set Version to 1.4.0.

Fix commited to master with rev 643575f

With 2.3.2 the fix was released.
