When inline response is active for crypto mail closing outlook shows the save dialog

Description

The "Save Changes" Dialog still appears on closing outlook if an inline response
to a crypto mail was open.

Needs to be fixed because it is confusing and might even lead to broken data if the changes are saved.

Was not reproducible anymore with vsd-3.4.0-beta1356, gpgol-2.7.5, gpg-2.2.56-beta5 @ win10.
Tested with inline answers for both smime/pgp encrypted mails.
