Request coming from a Colleague in my company. He wanted to create a key like "2Auto Signing key" and got "Name may not start with a digit" he asked me why and I did not have an Answer except that historically we tried to get the "Real name" to identify a key.

Nowadays I think we are more focused on the Mail Address and so we should relax all such requirements. And hey: That means we can remove an option \o/.
