the man page for gpg from 1.4 documents --faked-system-time but it is not implemented.

A patch was proposed back in 2014, but never applied.

I just removed the paragraph (gpgtwoone is not used anymore anyways). Fixed in eb15d5ed8.

fwiw, faked-system-time is used in several non-gnupg packages in debian already.

some of it is for gpgsm (where this is still a documented interface), but others are using it with gpg itself.

i'm not sure i understand why we'd want to remove this feature, since it's clearly useful enough for people who are trying to use gpg.

I only removed the documentation in the STABLE-BRANCH-1-4. Nobody said we want to remove this feature, and it is still documented in STABLE-BRANCH-2-0 and master.
